Warehouse Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory through effective stock management and cycle counting.
• Implement and enforce all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Train, mentor, and manage warehouse staff, setting clear performance expectations and providing feedback.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
