Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accuracy, minimise stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to align warehouse operations with overall business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, utilising data analysis to identify and implement operational enhancements.
Requirements
- Significant experience in warehouse management or operations leadership, preferably with remote team oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software.
- Proven ability to analyse operational data and implement data-driven improvements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
