Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement warehouse strategies and operations plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient space utilization within the warehouse.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar senior logistics role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
