Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead their facility in Coventry . You will be responsible for managing a dedicated team, ensuring accurate inventory management, and implementing best practices in warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Manage, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock takes.
Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to ensure smooth outbound and inbound operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar operational leadership role.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations , inventory control, and logistics best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
