Key Responsibilities

Manage and direct day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and operational procedures to maximise space utilisation and productivity.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance order accuracy .
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility.
Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock takes to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics leadership role.
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational improvements.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is advantageous.
