About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead their logistics and warehousing operations. This is a crucial, fully remote role where you will oversee all aspects of warehouse efficiency, inventory management, and dispatch processes. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to optimize throughput, reduce costs, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, all while working from your home office. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative strategies for warehouse management , inventory control, and order fulfillment to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Oversee the planning and execution of all inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods.
• Manage and mentor a distributed team of warehouse staff and logistics coordinators, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs ) and identify areas for operational enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehousing function.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics operations with overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar senior logistics role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and drive operational performance from a distance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in logistics software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
