Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on warehouse operations, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior warehouse management or logistics operations role.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, WMS software, and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Relevant qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are preferred.
