Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies across the Aberdeen facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through rigorous cycle counting and reconciliation processes.

Requirements
