Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
• Manage and motivate a geographically dispersed team, fostering a high-performance culture through effective remote leadership and communication.
• Oversee budget adherence and identify cost-saving opportunities within warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, adapting policies for a remote oversight model.
• Implement and leverage technology solutions, such as WMS and automation, to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, measure performance against KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior warehouse or operations management role, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively, utilising collaboration and performance management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and drive results across different locations.
