Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at their facility in Leicester . This pivotal role involves leading a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all logistics functions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management.
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve high performance and safety standards.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and returns.
• Monitor and control warehouse costs, including labor, supplies, and overhead.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• A strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
