About the Role

Our client is seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their night shift team in Belfast . This role involves essential hands-on tasks critical to the efficient operation of the warehouse, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and speed, ensuring that customer orders are processed correctly and on time. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the smooth running of the logistics chain during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements and company standards.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if trained and certified).
• Identify and report any stock discrepancies or damages to supervisors.
• Contribute to achieving daily operational targets and team goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical role is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Must be able to work the designated night shift hours.
