Warehouse Operative (Temp to Perm) - Magna Park, Lutterworth

Our client based at Magna Park, Lutterworth is currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join their friendly and well-organised warehouse team on an ongoing basis. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term job security and the potential for a permanent contract following a successful probation period.

Pay Rate

£13.89 per hour

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00

Duties Include

Loading and unloading vehicles Handling and processing deliveries of heavy-duty goods, primarily tyres Moving stock around the warehouse safely and efficiently Working closely within a small warehouse team Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety

Candidate Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential Comfortable undertaking heavy manual handling duties Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player Positive attitude and willingness to learnThis is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking for a long-term role with genuine permanent prospects, where full training and support are provided from day one.
