Warehouse Operative - Remote Operations Support

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse management systems (WMS) for order flow, inventory levels, and dispatch status.
• Accurately input and update data related to inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Communicate effectively with on-site warehouse staff and management to resolve discrepancies and operational issues.
• Generate and analyze reports on warehouse activities, such as order fulfillment rates and inventory accuracy.
• Provide remote support for shipping documentation and labeling processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting system-related problems impacting warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail.
