About the Role

Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their dynamic team in Southampton . This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of the warehouse, involving a range of tasks from picking and packing orders to stock replenishment and dispatch. You will play a key part in ensuring that products are handled correctly and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive and put away incoming stock, ensuring correct placement and labeling.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
