Pertemps Banbury is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for the busy peak period on a fixed afternoon shift.

The role

You’ll carry out warehouse duties including:

• Picking orders accurately against order sheets.

• Matching product codes and checking quantities.

• Carefully packing jewellery and preparing orders for dispatch.

• Checking products and packaging for damage or presentation issues.

• Keeping your work area clean and organised.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communication skills.

• The ability to read and write in English, follow written instructions and understand order sheets.

• Good basic numeracy and strong attention to detail.

• A reliable approach and care when handling small items.

• Availability to work the fixed afternoon shift, Monday to Friday.

• No holidays booked for the run up to Christmas

Hours and assignment

• Fixed hours of 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday.

• 37.5 paid hours per week, with a 30-minute unpaid break each day.

• Some Saturday overtime available during busier periods.

• Starts available throughout the peak recruitment period.

• Work guaranteed through to the end of December 2026, with possible extensions into 2027, although these are not guaranteed.
