• Monday – Sunday, 06:30 am - 18:30 pm

The Company

• MTrec are currently recruiting for a number of production operators in the Jarrow area.

The Role

• Working with both batch work and bespoke one off products

• Checking product quality before packing

• Ensure accurate picking of products

• Packing of orders securely to prevent damage during transit

• Label packages with appropriate shipping labels correctly

• Identifying any problem orders and notifying relevant department

• Strong customer focus and delivery of results using various quality management tools

• Manually labouring and transporting materials within the manufacturing area

• Packing and labelling products, ensuring items are to the standard prior to dispatch

• Loading and unloading machinery where required

• Shipping products via correct carrier

• Identifying any problem orders and notifying relevant department

• Pallet trucks operated for transporting equipment within the local area

• Completing quality inspections on all materials and completing quality assurance paperwork

The Person

• Must be able to work the shift rotations (Including weekends)

• Good leadership skills, and ability to liaise with other internal departments

• Previous experience with computer systems would be advantageous but not essential

• Able to follow instructions and have a high level of attention to details

• Able to work both individually and in a team

• Flexible and willing to work overtime when required
