Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods according to established procedures.

• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
