About the Role

This role is about guiding and motivating a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of daily tasks such as picking, packing, and dispatch. You will play a crucial part in maintaining productivity, upholding safety standards, and contributing to the smooth running of the logistics and distribution process. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
• Oversee the accurate and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular checks on inventory accuracy and assist with stocktaking processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a warehouse or logistics environment.
