About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to guide and support their operational team in Oxford . This hands-on role involves leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring the efficient execution of daily tasks related to goods receiving, storage, and dispatch. You will play a key part in maintaining productivity, upholding safety standards, and fostering a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure efficient processing of incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accuracy.
• Oversee the organization and tidiness of the warehouse, implementing best practices.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on operational procedures and equipment use.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with stock management and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment , with proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory control and dispatch processes.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
