Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operatives, providing clear direction and support.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Implement and enforce health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and dispatching orders, minimizing errors and returns.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with demonstrable leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and health and safety best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and guide a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
