About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to guide a team within their facility in Reading . This role involves direct supervision of warehouse operatives, ensuring that all tasks related to picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management are completed accurately and efficiently. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards of productivity, safety, and team morale. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of warehouse operatives.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including order fulfilment and stock control.
• Ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering their development.
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.

Requirements
