Warehouse Team Leader

Horley | £35,000+ DOE | Monday–Friday | Late Shift | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader or Dispatch Supervisor who knows how to keep a busy warehouse running smoothly?

We're looking for a hands-on leader to take charge of our outbound dispatch operation, lead a team and ensure customer orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time.

The Role

*

Lead and motivate the warehouse dispatch team.

*

Manage outbound orders using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

*

Monitor workloads, priorities and dispatch deadlines.

*

Resolve stock discrepancies and system issues.

*

Maintain productivity, accuracy and health & safety standards.

*

Coordinate with transport providers and internal teams.

About You

*

Previous warehouse or dispatch supervisory experience.

*

Confident using WMS/ERP systems and handheld scanners.

*

Strong understanding of outbound warehouse operations.

*

Organised, proactive and confident leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Forklift licence desirable but not essential.
