Job Title: Welder – £20–£25 per hour Location: Stockton-on-Tees Pay Rate: £20–£25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Contract: Temporary, Contract, Temp-to-Perm and Permanent Opportunities

We are currently recruiting experienced Welders for opportunities based in Stockton-on-Tees.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for competitive hourly rates, regular working hours and the opportunity to earn additional money through overtime. There is an initial minimum 6-week contract, with the potential for permanent employment.

The Role

Carrying out welding duties to a high standard.

*

Producing quality welds while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

*

Working in line with required specifications and quality standards.

*

Demonstrating strong practical welding skills and experience.

Pay and Working Hours:

*

£20–£25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

*

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm.

*

Friday: 7:00am – 1:00pm.

*

Weekday overtime and Saturday mornings paid at time and a half.

*

Saturday afternoons and Sundays paid at double time.

*

Overtime opportunities available.

Candidate Requirements:

*

Previous experience as a Welder.

*

Current BS EN ISO 9606-1 Process 135 qualifications considered.

*

Experienced welders without current qualifications will also be considered, subject to a practical welding assessment.

*

Ability to demonstrate good welding skills and produce quality work.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend an on-site welding assessment at Katmex in Stockton-on-Tees.
