Wellness Membership Growth Lead

Virgin Active is seeking a Commercial Manager to join the Acquisition team on a 12 Month FTC, 40 hours per week. You will drive membership growth and revenue through a premium, customer-focused sales strategy, leading a high-performing team and using data-driven insights to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will oversee the sales journey from enquiry to retention, guide weekly planning, and model performance while embedding quality of sale across the organisation.
