RG SetSquare is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Wet Room Fitters to join our growing team, delivering high-quality wet room installations across social housing contracts throughout Warwickshire and the surrounding areas.

What We Offer
On-target earnings of £47,000 per year

Your Responsibilities
Install wet rooms to a high standard within occupied and void social housing properties
Carry out rip-outs, floor preparation, waterproofing, and full wet room installations
Install level-access shower trays, wall panels, sanitary ware, and associated fittings
Complete all work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality
Deliver outstanding customer service and treat tenants with respect
Complete jobs within agreed timescales
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Accurately complete job paperwork and photographs where required
What We're Looking For
Proven experience installing wet rooms, ideally within the social housing sector
Experience with level-access shower systems, waterproofing, and accessible bathroom adaptations
Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
