Wine Retail Trainee Manager: Fast-Track to Store Lead

Majestic Wine in Cheltenham is seeking a Trainee Manager for a 12-month development programme to prepare you for Store Manager roles. You’ll rotate through operations, service and leadership training with the Store Manager’s support, setting you up for long-term success.

You will cover a permanent contract, 44 hours per week including weekends, with the opportunity to travel to surrounding stores as needed. Salary is £29,080.48 per year.
