Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise-level wireless networks, including Wi-Fi and cellular technologies.
• Configure and manage wireless controllers, access points, and associated network infrastructure.
• Perform site surveys and spectrum analysis to ensure optimal wireless coverage and performance.
• Implement and maintain wireless security protocols (e.g., WPA3, RADIUS) to protect network integrity.
• Troubleshoot complex wireless network issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Stay current with emerging wireless technologies and standards, recommending improvements and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and managing complex wireless networks .
• In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11ax/ac/n), protocols, and RF principles.
• Experience with wireless security technologies and authentication methods.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CWNA, CWNP, or CCNA Wireless are highly desirable.
