Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy robust wireless networks , including Wi-Fi, cellular, and other radio frequency systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, ensuring high availability and optimal user experience.
• Conduct site surveys and perform spectrum analysis to identify and resolve interference problems.
• Implement and maintain wireless security protocols to protect network integrity and data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate new wireless technologies and solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for wireless network configurations and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in wireless network engineering and management.
• In-depth knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), cellular technologies (4G/5G), and RF principles.
• Experience with wireless network assessment tools, spectrum analyzers, and monitoring platforms.
• Familiarity with network security best practices for wireless environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
