Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy robust wireless networks, including site surveys and spectrum analysis.
• Configure and manage wireless controllers, access points, and related hardware.
• Monitor wireless network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal user experience.
• Implement and maintain wireless security protocols to protect network integrity.
• Evaluate new wireless technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams on integrated network solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wireless network design and administration.
• Proficiency with Wi-Fi standards (802.11ac/ax) and related equipment.
• Experience with cellular technologies (4G/5G) is a plus.
• Knowledge of wireless security best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CWNA or CWNP are desirable.
