The role

Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 1 classroom Working with individual pupils, small groups, and occasionally the whole class Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Encouraging pupil confidence, independence, and progressThe ideal candidate will:
