Youth Caseworker: Empowering Young People Affected by Crime

Victim Support in South Wales is seeking a CYP Caseworker to deliver tailored support plans for young people affected by crime. You will contact CYP by phone, explain services, assess impact, and develop safety and support plans with resources and interventions.

You will manage a caseload, conduct risk and needs assessments, liaise with partner organisations, and maintain confidential records on a bespoke case management system, contributing to a seamless service.
