Youth Engagement & NEET Reduction Officer

Slough Borough Council is hiring a NEET Reduction Youth Officer to support 16–19 year olds not in education, employment or training. You will provide high‑quality careers information, advice and guidance, manage a caseload and deliver tailored interventions.

You will develop outreach activities to engage harder‑to‑reach young people, work with schools, employers and partner agencies, and maintain records to evidence progress. The role requires safeguarding knowledge and strong partnership skills.
