Key Responsibilities

• Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
• Provide guidance and support on issues such as education, employment, and personal development.
• Assist young people in setting and achieving personal goals.
• Facilitate access to relevant services and resources for youth.
• Organise and deliver engaging activities and workshops, both in-person and online.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people, youth work, or in a related social care field.

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with young people from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model, blending face-to-face and remote support.
