About the Role
Our client is looking for a motivated Administrative Coordinator to join their busy team in Belfast . This role involves coordinating a variety of administrative tasks to support efficient operations, bridging the gap between office-based and remote working practices. You will play a key part in ensuring seamless communication and workflow across the organisation. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Facilitate communication between different teams and departments, both in-office and remote, ensuring information is shared effectively.
- Manage the organisation and maintenance of physical and digital records , ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, coordinating logistics for both in-person and virtual attendees.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, managing procurement and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and research.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Administrative Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to both in-person and virtual interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model .
