Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex administrative processes, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Schedule and arrange meetings, conferences, and travel for staff, ensuring all logistical details are covered.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, reports, and presentations to a high professional standard.
- Maintain and update databases and electronic systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Act as a liaison between departments and external parties, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Support the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Administrative Officer or equivalent role.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
