About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Support Officer to join their team in Edinburgh . Key Responsibilities
- Manage and screen incoming communications , including emails, phone calls, and post, responding or directing as appropriate.
- Maintain and update organisational records, databases, and filing systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings , managing calendars and logistical arrangements.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations to ensure professional standards.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and resources, ensuring adequate stock and functionality.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to team members, supporting various projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools .
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills , with a professional and courteous demeanor.
