About the Role

Our client, a cutting-edge aesthetic clinic located in Newcastle upon Tyne , is searching for a highly skilled and qualified Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner . This role involves delivering a premium range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments to a discerning clientele. You will be responsible for conducting thorough client consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and administering procedures such as laser treatments, injectables, and advanced skin rejuvenation therapies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client assessments and consultations to determine suitability for various aesthetic treatments.
• Administer a range of advanced aesthetic procedures, including laser hair removal, IPL, chemical peels, micro-needling, and potentially dermal fillers or anti-wrinkle injections (subject to qualifications).
• Develop bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and desired outcomes, ensuring client safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain meticulous records of client consultations, treatment plans, and progress in line with clinic protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements, techniques, and products within the aesthetic industry through continuous professional development.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring clients feel comfortable and informed throughout their journey.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification such as Level 4/5 in Laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) or equivalent, potentially Level 7 in Injectables.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetic Practitioner.
• Demonstrable proficiency in performing advanced aesthetic treatments.
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-care skills.
• Understanding of CQC regulations and industry best practices.
