About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Aesthetician to join their cutting-edge clinic in Newcastle upon Tyne . This role requires a professional with a passion for delivering transformative aesthetic treatments and providing exceptional client care. You will utilize state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to perform a variety of non-invasive procedures, helping clients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes. The successful candidate will be dedicated to continuous learning, staying abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetics, and contributing to a positive and results-driven clinic culture, ensuring clients receive personalized treatments in a comfortable and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including laser therapies, chemical peels, micro-needling, and injectables (if qualified).
• Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and consultations to create tailored treatment plans.
• Educate clients on treatment procedures, potential outcomes, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Maintain detailed client records and treatment progress notes using clinic software.
• Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic equipment safely and effectively.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging trends in medical aesthetics.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy (e.g., Level 4 Diploma or higher).
• Proven experience in performing a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Proficiency with laser and light-based treatments, and other aesthetic technologies.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills, with a focus on building trust.
• Strong understanding of skin physiology and anatomy.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small, professional team in Newcastle upon Tyne .
