Our client is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Advanced Aesthetician & Skincare Specialist to join their modern clinic in Milton Keynes . This role is crucial for delivering advanced non-surgical aesthetic treatments and expert skincare advice. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal, and facial rejuvenation procedures.
• Conduct in-depth skin analysis using diagnostic tools to identify client concerns and prescribe tailored treatment programs.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments for optimal skin health.
• Maintain detailed client records, tracking treatment progress and outcomes meticulously.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in aesthetic technology and skincare science, incorporating new techniques into practice.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualifications in Aesthetics and Skincare (e.g., VTCT Level 4 or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a clinical aesthetic setting.
• Proficiency with a range of aesthetic equipment and cosmeceutical product lines.
• Exceptional client consultation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong understanding of dermatology and skin physiology.
