About the Role

This role focuses on the design, integration, testing, and validation of complex aerospace systems. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists, tackling challenges from conceptual design through to flight qualification. Key Responsibilities
- Define system requirements and architecture for new aerospace platforms and components.
- Develop and implement system integration strategies, ensuring seamless operation of all subsystems.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of aerospace systems, both in simulation and on hardware.
- Analyze system performance data and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and safety assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in aerospace systems engineering , including requirements management and V&V.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, avionics, or propulsion.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective team collaboration.
