Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, calibrate, and maintain various aerospace systems, including navigation, communication, and flight control systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Read and interpret technical documentation, engineering drawings, and schematics for system integration and maintenance.
- Conduct performance checks and ensure all systems meet stringent industry and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including test results, repairs, and parts used.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on system performance and suggest design improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Aerospace Systems Technician or in a similar technical role.
- A strong understanding of aerospace systems, electronics, and mechanical principles.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, test equipment, and calibration devices.
- Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and engineering schematics.
