About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated AI Ethics Specialist to join their growing team in Norwich, Norfolk . In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that the development and deployment of AI technologies are conducted responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and legal teams to assess potential ethical risks and implement appropriate safeguards. Key Responsibilities

• Assess the ethical implications of AI projects, including issues of bias, fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Develop and implement guidelines and best practices for responsible AI development.

• Monitor regulatory changes and industry standards related to AI ethics and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on AI ethics principles.

Requirements

• Degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in ethical analysis, policy development, or risk management, preferably in a tech context.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their potential ethical challenges.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex ethical principles into practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with data privacy principles is advantageous.
