About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair common faults in washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, and other domestic appliances.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Source and fit replacement parts as needed, maintaining an accurate inventory of components.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of the issues found and the work undertaken.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Accurately record details of service calls, repairs, and parts used.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or in a similar field service role.
• Strong knowledge of domestic appliance mechanics and electrics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
