This role involves diagnosing and repairing a wide range of household appliances, including washing machines, refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. You will be the face of the company to our customers, providing efficient, reliable, and friendly service. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in domestic appliances such as washing machines, dryers, ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
• Perform repairs, including replacing parts like heating elements, pumps, and control boards.
• Service and maintain appliances to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and clearly explain the work to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organised work van, stocked with necessary parts and tools.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines during service calls.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a repair technician for domestic appliances.
• Strong knowledge of the mechanics and electrics of common household appliances.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Good understanding of electrical safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A friendly demeanour and excellent customer communication skills are essential.
