Apprentice HR Administrator

About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Apprentice HR Administrator to join their Human Resources department in Nottingham . Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration of the recruitment process, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Respond to general HR queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
• Help organize and coordinate HR training sessions and employee events.
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.

Requirements

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• A keen interest in Human Resources and employee relations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to commute to our Nottingham office and work remotely as required.
