Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, networks, and peripherals.
- Assist with user account management and access control.
- Document IT support requests, solutions, and system configurations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities to build IT expertise.
Requirements
