Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computers, networks, and peripherals.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Document IT support requests, solutions, and system configurations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development activities to build IT expertise.

Requirements
