About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Apprentice IT Support Technician to join their technical support team in Belfast . Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist in managing user accounts and permissions within the IT infrastructure.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures accurately.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

Requirements

• A strong interest in IT and technology, with a desire to build a career in technical support.
• Good understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common software applications.
