Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond to support requests promptly and accurately log all incidents and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Contribute to the maintenance of IT documentation and support guides.

Requirements
