About the Role

Our client, a respected architectural firm located in Norwich , is pleased to offer an Architectural Assistant (Part II) internship position. This is an invaluable opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain practical experience within a professional architectural setting. You will support the design team across various project stages, contributing to design development, drawing production, and research tasks. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, models, and presentations.
• Support the team with technical drawing production using CAD software.
• Conduct research into materials, building regulations, and planning policies.
• Help prepare documentation for planning applications and tender submissions.
• Participate in site visits and assist with site-related tasks.
• Contribute to team meetings and design reviews.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Part II Architectural qualification (or equivalent).
• Basic proficiency in architectural design software like AutoCAD , Revit , and SketchUp.
• Strong interest in architectural design and construction.
• Good graphical communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the architectural profession in Norwich .
