Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, contributing creative ideas.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, models, and presentations using CAD and BIM software.
• Prepare documentation for planning applications and building regulations submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure technical accuracy and project coherence.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and monitor construction progress.
• Support the senior architectural team in various project-related tasks.

Requirements

• Completion of a RIBA Part II validated course in Architecture.
• Proficiency in industry-standard architectural software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
